An Algerian agent working in Paris is to sell forged bonds to help fund Algerian resistance, but his go-between is killed and suspicion falls on a friend of the Saint. Going to his rescue, Templar discovers the forgeries are the work of a master-counterfeiter who\'s supposed to have died years earlier and sets out to find out where he\'s hiding.
