MotoGP riders now head into the summer break with their confidence high after completing a successful two-day test at the Red Bull Ring near Spielberg.

Almost the entire MotoGP field was in attendance for the two days. Only Repsol Honda riders Marc Marquez and Dani Pedrosa and the Tech3 squad of Pol Espargaro and Bradley Smith were not present.

Making the track more interesting however was the inclusion of KTM development riders Mika Kallio and Tom Luthi. KTM are the only ones to have tested at the circuit recently as they try to get the all-new KTM RC16 MotoGP prototype up to speed ahead of the Austrian manufacturer joining the fill time MotoGP grid in 2017.
